We’re looking for a proactive Content Moderator to join our team! You’ll enforce content standards, handle user appeals, and work with your team to foster a safe and positive user experience while staying updated on trends to enhance moderation approaches.
Identify and remove inappropriate content to maintain a secure platform.
• Guideline Enforcement: Ensure that all content, including images and titles, complies with platform rules.
• User Support: Manage user appeals and provide clear explanations for moderation actions.
• Compliance: Work with your team to ensure consistent adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Trend Monitoring: Track user trends and potential risks, adjusting moderation strategies as needed.
• Process Improvement: Share insights to improve moderation tools and practices.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Hebrew (C1/C2 level)
• Proficiency in English (C1 level)
• EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
• At least one year of experience in customer support
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
• Desire to learn and advance in the field
