Bilingual Customer Support Representative (German & English) Remote from Greece
Are you fluent in German (C1/C2) and confident in English (B2 or higher)?

Your Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German
- Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues with efficiency

- Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in every interaction
Requirements
- German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written)
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous customer support experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong team spirit and positive attitude
- Must be based in Greece or willing to relocate
