Your Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in German
- Deliver excellent service and resolve customer issues with efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and empathy in every interaction
- Requirements: German proficiency at C1/C2 level (spoken and written) English proficiency at B2 level or higher Previous customer support experience is an advantage Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
